BIG4 Noosa Bougainvillia Holiday Park (07
5447 1712) located at 141 Cooroy Noosa Road, Tewantin
is a privately owned 4 star property and has accommodation
to suit all budgets, cabins, shady tent sites and
large powered and en suite sites.
Noosa River Caravan Park (07 5449
7050) located in Russell Street, Noosaville is located
on the river in a very central position with boat launching
facilities and a beach.
Noosa Tewantin Caravan Park (07 5449
8060) located at Moorindil Street is a well equipped
site which has a full range of facilities.
Gagaju Bush Camp (07 5474 3522) offers
a bush camp experience outside the town on the edge
of the Noosa River, with bunk beds from $11. A free
pick up and drop service is offered from Noosa.
John's Landing (07 5447 1806) is on
the bank of the Noosa River. Lake Cooroibah is 2.5km
downstream and Lake Cootharaba is 5km upstream. Pets
are allowed but must be controlled.
Across the river is Noosa North Shore Caravan
Park (07 5449 8811) reachable by car
ferry from Tewantin. The park is about six kilometers
from the ferry - a bitumen road to the beach and
then about 2k of gravel road. There is a kiosk
supplying basic essentials, ice and bait. This is an
absolute beachfront caravan park of about fifteen
acres.
Well positioned for the Everglades but 30 minutes
drive from Noosa is Elanda Point Campsite
(07 5485 3165) which is a large campsite on the shores
of Lake Cootharaba. Canoes and boats can be hired.
This is about a 30 minute drive from Noosa.
Noosa Council runs a campsite at Boreen
Point with camping along the shore of Lake Cootharaba.
