Part day, day and overnight horseback tours up to six nights/seven days with unique regional accommodation and meals are available at competitive prices. Noosa North Shore Equestion Centre conduct rides from 1.5 hours – to several hours including private rides on the beach and in the hinterland. Rides start from $85 for the mid-week 1.5 hour ride. Canter along the beach, ride through tropical rainforest trails, and ride into the wonderful Australian bush to muster cattle. You will be amazed at the scenery and wildlife – kangaroos, koalas, hundreds of native Australian birds including many species of colourful parrots. Full Day Trike Tour and Historic Train Ride for 2
Your adventure starts when we collect you for an early morning trike ride to the historic Old Gympie Station where you can step back in time. Here you will climb aboard a wonderful old train for a rollicking journey to Amamoor. Noosa Safaris 4wd Beach and Rainforest Safari
The Great Sandy National Park (GSNP), which is situated just north of Noosa, includes 2 vast wilderness areas - Fraser Island and Cooloola. These 2 wilderness regions share many similarities - including geology, geography, flora and fauna. The main distinct difference is the Cooloola section is still part of the mainland, like Fraser Island was many thousands of years ago. Scientists say the GSNP is the largest 'vegetated sand dune system' in the world. The Cooloola section covers an area of approximately 70,000 hectares and stretches from Noosa to Rainbow Beach.

Your 2 hour twilight tour will begin when we collect you from your Noosa accommodation. Once suited up in your helmet and jacket, you get to decide where the trike takes you. One option is where we'll ride down Hastings Street and past multi million dollar beachfront properties to the Noosa National Park. The second option is to leave Noosa and head into the magical Sunshine Coast hinterland. Here you you can take in breathtaking views of the peaceful countryside, hear the bird calls and smell the sweet smells of the nearby tropical rainforest. Throughout both options we will stop along the way for a light refreshment, whereby you can sit back, relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Cooloola National Park

Cooloola National Park is the Sunshine Coast's largest National Park (almost 70,000 hectares). This vast wilderness area forms part of the Great Sandy National Park, which scientists say is the largest vegetated sand dune system in the world. Noosa Safaris offer a ½ day 4wd beach safari where you can swim in the tranquil waters of Rainbow Beach, famous for its 200 metre high coloured sand dunes; drive the length of 40 mile beach and enjoy breathtaking vistas from Double Island Point lighthouse.
